ACH Payments

All LCS families are required to pay by ACH (auto withdrawal) from checking or savings account. You will not need to complete a new form each year. We will only need a new form if your bank account changes. You may choose from our recommended withdrawal dates or choose your own. You may also split your monthly payment into two payments.

ACH forms will need to be completed by May 31st. Your registration fees will also be deducted through auto withdrawal (ACH) in June for all plans. If the date falls on a weekend or holiday it will be deducted the next business day.

Important: You will receive an email 10 days prior to your withdrawal when there is a change in the amount being withdrawn to cover reg. fees, tuition, daycare, bus, athletic fees, and etc. You must notify LCS in writing, 10 days before your next withdrawal, if you have any account changes. We will also need to know any email changes.

Past Due: Please be aware that LCS’s policy for past due accounts has not changed. We will bill on the 1st of each month. If your account reaches 5 days past due then on the 6 day your child’s eligibility to attend would be affected. If you choose the 25th of the month for your withdrawal and the payment is returned, you would be 25 days past due at that point.

If your payment is returned from the bank, there will be a $25.00 fee added to your bill.
