Our Coaches

Amie Duke is in her second year of teaching at Lighthouse Christian School, where she teaches Secondary Speech, Health, and Bible. She holds a bachelor's degree in Speech and Bible from Multnomah Bible College. In addition to teaching, Amie coaches Middle School Volleyball and brings over a decade of coaching experience to the court. She and her husband, Seth, have four children who also attend Lighthouse, and their family is deeply invested in Christian education. The Dukes are active members of their church and are passionate about mentoring and encouraging the next generation of youth, both in and out of the classroom.

Matt Harr is a dedicated educator and coach with 35 years of experience teaching Biology and Anatomy & Physiology. Throughout his career, he has inspired students to excel in the sciences, helping Twin Falls High School learners consistently rank among the top 5% of Idaho students in statewide science assessments.
Currently teaching at Lighthouse Christian School, Matt enjoys guiding students in a faith-based learning environment, where he integrates scientific understanding with values that encourage personal growth, integrity, and curiosity. He is skilled in developing curriculum for both traditional and blended learning environments, incorporating technology and hands-on experiences to engage a wide range of learners.
Beyond the classroom, Matt’s years of coaching have shaped countless athletes into confident, disciplined young adults. Known for his strong work ethic and competitive spirit, he emphasizes teamwork, respect, and perseverance—qualities he instills in every student and player.
Now semi-retired from full-time teaching, Matt enjoys continuing to teach part-time while spending more time outdoors—golfing, fishing, hunting, and relaxing at his cabin in Stanley, Idaho.

Lacy Fadness is the current LCS high school varsity girls’ volleyball and basketball coach. She has coached athletics for ten years. She has experience coaching gymnastics, volleyball, basketball, and softball. Before coaching, Lacy played varsity volleyball, basketball, and softball at Liberty Christian High School, where she received all-league honors. She then went on to play volleyball at Shasta College for two years. At Shasta, Lacy led the state of California in digs in her sophomore season. She was named on the all-conference volleyball team both seasons and received all-Northern California honors. Lacy earned a full-ride scholarship to start as the libero at Texas A&M International University for her junior and senior seasons. She received recognition as the conference defensive player of the week and TAMIU’s defensive player of the year. Lacy is dedicated to holding her athletes to a high standard academically and athletically while instilling biblical principles and values. She loves to see her athletes improve and grow a love for athletics and Jesus. Her goal is to be a vessel for God to transform her athletes into God-fearing individuals that desire to shine the light of Jesus wherever God has planned for them. Lacy is thankful to serve in a school where she can share the truth and love of Jesus with the next generation of young student-athletes!
