Verification of Compliance (VOC)
A Verification of Compliance (VOC) form is required to obtain a driver's license in Idaho. This form is necessary for students participating in a driver's education program to ensure that the information provided matches the current details in the student's record. The VOC letter is required by the DMV to process the student's driving permit and/or driver's license. It is important to note that the VOC letter is only available in hard copy and cannot be sent via fax or email.
